  • Do you put up stick and peel backsplash?

    We do not install stick and peel backsplash. However, we can still meet with you to find a backsplash that suits your needs.

Hardwood

  • Can I mop hardwood floors?

    No, you should not mop hardwood floors. Extreme humidity changes can also negatively affect hardwood floors.

Tile

  • Can I use a steam mop on tile?

    Yes, you can use a steam mop on ceramic or porcelain tile.

Laminate

  • Can I install laminate over existing flooring?

    Yes, as long as the existing floor is in good

    condition and attached to the subfloor. You do not need to seal laminate flooring, as it comes with a wear layer that protects against scratches and stains.

Vinyl

  • Is vinyl softer than tile?

    Yes, vinyl is softer than tile, so fragile items are less likely to break on contact. However, if vinyl is damaged, it often can't be repaired without replacing the entire sheet or strip.

Carpet

  • Why does new carpet smell like chemicals?

    New carpet emits volatile organic

    compounds (VOCs) and other agents used to make the carpet. This smell is not a

    health concern, and it should subside within 24-48 hours.

  • Should I refinish my hardwood floor?
